Hey FEAR! I've been working hard these last few weeks to get out a new training system for you guys that is efficient and effective.
**I need and want your opinions and advice! This is your training system, and I want you all to be happy with it!** ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Issues I'm trying to correct are as follows: - Immaturity in training - Immature hosts (Hosts that are not mature enough to properly teach or run a training) - Efficiency and Effectiveness of each training
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
I want to give a quick overview of the changes, because the full guide I've written up can be confusing, so here are the key points.
In the guide I've typed (subject to changes as per your comments and suggestions)... > Reality Corporation and Warrant Officer+ will be the only people allowed to host trainings in FEAR.
> Reality Corporation is Major+, and is very difficult to gain admittance to, ensuring the trainers of FEAR's skill > There is a Reality Corporation Academy, which trains initiates to be able to effectively train FEAR.
>This guide also contains the new Department of Training laws, they've been constricted to four. These will be the final set of laws for quite awhile. *These are unofficial, for the time being* >Only RC and WTO+ can host >No more wall trainings or unofficial trainings >No more "troll trainings" or "trolling" of any kind during a training. >No more admin abuse
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Thank you for your time and comments!
-Andrew204, Director of Training

| Diuto, you're in because you were recommended by several people. You still have to undergo classes and testing before you're allowed to host, if this becomes official. Refrain from making comments like the ones you just made. |

| No group space to join the academy... NBC. Here is an example, what if someone has proved themselves worthy of hosting before, yet they are in elite divisions like, MP, HD, RF and have absolutely no group space whatsoever? Nothing they can leave. Will they never be able to host a training ever again? |

| Yeah, I like it but I prefer Officer+ could Host because a lot of Officer's host and they turn out pretty good in the end. |

| I like everything but removing the wall trainings. I'm saying this because what if the High ranks aren't on to shout your training. |

| @ DDDD, Wall trainings get out of hand, quickly, because they're often led by people who don't know how to train properly. And it would be negative if we allow people to be trained immaturely. |

What is this RC thing?
Other than that, I support. |

| @Andrew, like the ideas, they seem good but I think you should leave wall trainings available to Warrant Officers and possbly regular Officers. HR's can be hard to contact for shouting these days. |

To me, this is plain annoying, sorry for my negative opinion.
1. I have no BC and my groups spaces are full, I would have to leave 3 divisions/groups. 2. What if I'm trusted? Do I still have to go through this academy? I've hosted many trainings in F.E.A.R. School and F.E.A.R. Airforce, I know what I'm doing. 3. I have to be in a group just to host a training? Yay! Let the one training a week begin.

| That would be a normal aspect of others. Like I, they would complain about group space, they already have experience and now they have to go through more stuff. |

| @RAGE, you gotta choose your commitments. If you want to be in those divisions, stay in them. If you want to train, make it so you can get to be a trainer. I firmly believe that MAJ-OFF need to be taught how to train efficiently, even you believe yourself to know what you're doing. |

@ Red, I'll definitely consider that, however I do firmly believe that wall trainings are not beneficial to FEAR. But I promise that it's in my deepest consideration, seeing as so many want it to stay.
@ Hawk, Reality Corporation would be the division in charge of training FEAR. |

Reality Corp and WTO+ are the only people to host trainings.
Oh lord. I have lost all ways to gain more knowledge about leadership.

That's the point of the academy, to get into RC. |

I liked everything except for the part about RC.
If you wish to say something about what I post, just don't say anything. Already in the most damned mood.

^ Exactly, if you feel like you are good enough to be a trainer in FEAR, then you will apply for the Academy, and if you truly are good enough, you'll make it and be able to host trainings.
I'm not claiming that you're all bad. If I was, I wouldn't have Reality Corporation. I would just isolate it completely to WTO+.
No, I do believe they're some amazing trainers in the MRs, so thus I have set up Reality Corporation, for those of you who love and are amazing at training. |
