This guide has been created and made official by Dignitary Rezdonox of Royal Blood. This is the basic training guide for all High Command members, which include the ranks of Vanguard, Centurion, Sentinel, Superior, and Royal Council members.
Recently, trainings have been lacking discipline and respect, there has been a refusal to follow orders, and it's giving us a bad reputation in Royal Blood, and drawing away more legitimately good recruits. This needs to change immediately, so therefore, this guide is being made to tell High Command what to cover in basic training sessions. This is to be followed in all trainings at our Discipline Center, or Training Installation, unless told otherwise by Dignitary Rezdonox.
This is a guide and some rules for Officers and High Ranks, which include Drones and higher.
______________
SECTION I: HIGH COMMAND RULES
Rules of High Ranks: These rules must be followed by ranks of Vanguard - Royal Council.
1.) Do not tolerate back talk.
2.) Do not demote without a good reason. You should always inform me before demoting anyone so I can ensure it is a fair reason.
3.) Treat your soldiers fairly.
3.) Listen to all your soldiers.
4.) Do not be afraid to punish disobedients.
5.) Title your shouts with a heading and end them with a signature - [Info], [Training], [Raid], or [Other].
______________
SECTION II: HOW TO START TRAININGS
1.) Post a [Training] shout on the Royal Blood group shout system.
2.) Head to an RB Training center.
3.) Wait for lower members to show up. You need at least 4 for an official training session.
4.) Have lower ranks stand in line until you are ready to begin training.
5.) If another High Rank shows up, tell them your selected training plans, for example, ''You must receives 50 KO's and 10 Deaths to receive a praise. You must then defeat me''.
6.) Proceed with selected training plan.
7.) After training ends, report training results to Dignitary Rezdonox.

SECTION III: TRAINING PLANS/IDEAS FOR DIFFERENT MAPS
This counts for Discipline Center, and The Installation, while training. There are different maps in each facility, and with that, different things you can do to train.
[ Royal Blood ] - [ Discipline Center ]
These are maps, and what you could do with them, while training soldiers at the Discipline Center.
Obstacle Course- This one is fairly basic. Not much you can do. It's a small course. Have soldiers go one at a time, and test them to see how quick they can complete it (ex. 60 seconds).
Question/Answer Walls- Once again, not much you could do here. Have soldiers stand in a horizontal line (--------) in front of the first wall. On your mark, make them begin, answering the questions the walls ask, correctly. See who knows the most, and how quick they can get the answer.
Arena- The arena is quite large, compared to the arena in 'starttourny' at the Training Installation. You may do 1v1 in both sword fighting and gun fighting. 2v2 is also an option.
You can also do things such as Gladiator. In Gladiator, you pick two team captains. Those captains then go back and forth, picking members from the line for their team. They then battle each other down to the last person; the leader. The leader can only fight once his whole team is out. Last team standing wins. You can play Gladiator with both guns or swords.
[ Royal Blood - [ Training Installation ]
The Royal Blood Training Installation is our more advanced of the two training facilities. It has more to offer, therefore making it more effective.
The Training Installation is a Holographic Facility, with several maps that all High Command members can activate:
startclean- Picks up all dropped hats or weapons, upon touch. startopen- Opens viewing door, to the balcony. Leaves arena completely empty. startobby- Creates a small yet difficult obstacle course. startegg- Creates a large wall, and egg givers around it. starthills- Creates a sort of "King of the Hill" map. starttourny- Forms a smaller fighting arena, with three lines around it. startcommands- Arena turns into three examples of lines and 'poses'.
Here are the events you could do with each map.
Startclean- Startclean basically only removes dropped items upon touch. It can't be used for much else.
Startopen- Though it may not seem like it, startopen could actually be used for a variety of events. One's like what is listed below;
Juggernaut: Host uses ':ff random' to pick a random member as Juggernaut. The Juggernaut gets his original 100 health, plus an extra 100 for every soldier at training, including hosts. The other soldiers then have to attempt to kill the Juggernaut.
Infected: Infected is basically a zombie game. Like Juggernaut, you use ':ff random' to pick a random member as the beginning infected. They then get 1000 health. Then say ':infect (name of person)'. It's then their job to infect every other member participating. Upon touch, another player turns into a zombie. Once you turn, you need to attend to infect others. However, humans can use swords to kill you, and make you a human again. Be careful. Last team standing in 5 minutes wins.
Shark: Basically, you, again, pick a person using ':ff random'. This time however, they stay FF'd. It's the goal of Royal Blood members to make it past the shark nonstop for 5 minutes, without dying. One you die, you'll be forced to stand in line.
Free For All: This can be for guns or swords, and you can use the whole facility for it. It is what the title is; everyone is against everyone, but you CAN form small 'alliances' of two or three of your comrades. Lasts five minutes.
Last Man Standing: You can also use this for an add-on to Free For All. Swords or guns, like FFA. Last person standing wins.
Ambush: Last one for startopen. You pick one person at random using ':ff random'. That person then is made invisible using ':invisible (name of person)'. They then need to go around and kill as many people possible before dying. The sword and/or gun is visible, so people can see the person from time to time. The person who kills the invisible member, goes next.
Startobby- Can't do much with this, other then the obby itself. Split up into four lines, and have soldiers complete obstacle as much as possible in the given time limit. Normally 5 - 10 minutes.
Startegg- Once again, not something you can do a lot with. Say 'startclean' before doing this map. Have all members who are participating step on the black pad, to remove their hats. Then say 'startegg'. Have the soldiers get an egg from the egg givers, and attempt to egg jump to the top of the platform within a given amount of time, normally 5 - 10 minutes.
Starthills- You can do a bit more with this one.
King of the Hill: Have soldiers fight to the death to keep the top of the hill under their control. Person who holds it when time is up wins the match.
Hill Race: Have soldiers, while able to kill each other, race up to the top of the hill. Once there, give them a forcefield, and wait for others to finish.
Starttourny- The tournament map is usually favored among Royal Blood soldiers, there are a few things to do on it.
1v1 Tournaments: Pick two people at random to fight one another, using either swords or guns, or both. You CANNOT step out of the arena. Winner moves on to another round. Loser is out for tournament. It goes until two people are left. Last person wins.
2v2 Tournament: This is basically just like a 1v1, however random teams of two are chosen to fight another random team of two. Last team standing wins.
Gladiator: In Gladiator, you pick two team captains. Those captains then go back and forth, picking members from the line for their team. They then battle each other down to the last person; the leader. The leader can only fight once his whole team is out. Last team standing wins. You can play Gladiator with both guns or swords.
Startcommands- This map is good for teaching discipline within Royal Blood. Though there isn't a lot you can do, there is one thing. ( You could also do it in startopen, using the main line, if you really want to. )
We call it Face Training, in Royal Blood. Other clans use it as well. It basically makes you look official while in line. There are certain commands that soldiers and High Command must learn and perfect.
Red: Sword Out Blue: Sword Away AR1: AR Out AR2: AR Away S1: Sniper Out S2: Sniper Away LMG1: LMG Out LMG2: LMG Away L1: LRPD Out L2: LRPD Away Right Face: Turn 90 degrees right. Left Face: Turn 90 degrees left. About Face: Face forward. B Face: Face behind you.

SECTION IV: AFTER TRAININGS
1.) Report a review of what was held during training, who deserves promotions and demotions. Send review to Dignitary Rezdonox, or LordCopper, Head of Discipline.
2.) Post the amount of members that turned up on the group wall.
3.) Post if the training was successful or unsuccessful.
4.) Post the top three members at training.
5.) Post a shout telling members that the training is over.
6.) Message me about the person who most stood out during training.
______________
This basically concludes the first official High Command training guide. Expect updates to come, depending on how this works out. Thanks for reading. Glory to Royal Blood!
