I used to have the same problem, you need to put bigger values into the cars steering speed and throttle.
To do this click the seat, and scroll down in edit mode until you can see its attributes like speed, throttle etc.
Just try out bigger values in there, and it should start to turn more. |

If LordNihlus's approach doesn't fix it, make sure the VehicleSeat is in the center of the block it's attached to. (Middle as in looking at the model from the front or back, it is in the center but NOT necessarily perfect center of the brick attached to)
Roblox has yet to devise a system where a VehicleSeat will act right even if it is offset from the center, though centering the seat works as a temporary patch. |

Torque is what you want to change to give the car power to steer. And the vehicleseat has to be centered for best control.
Add friction to the wheels to stop the drifting. |

Sometimes I've had this problem, but I simply found that you could just take weight off the sides of the car, make it as light as possible and it worked.

Check stats within the Vehicle seat.
Also, try making the front wheels farther away from the back wheels. |

| Set the speed to something you want. THe torque is how fast it accelerates. Set that to something between 10 - 120. If you have a BIG car you want 120 - 160. If you have a small car you want it 10 - 30. What I mean by big car is lots of bricks. |
