First pitch is at 7:15 ET.
Starting for the Tigers and going for is 11th victory (would make him 11-0) is Max Scherzer.
Starting for the Red Sox and making his 3rd start of his career is Allen Webster

| This is gonna be a tough one, if Scherzer can hold their offense and get good enough run support I think the Tigers will be able to pull it out. |

Let's hope Scherzer can deliver a sparkling performance against this tough Boston Red Sox team.
(Or he could be due for his first loss of the season; but let's hope not!) |

| If Scherzer can just continue his streak and rack up the K's, it'll all be fine. |

Yep. He just needs to avoid getting into jams.
Note: Scherzer went 1-1 against the Red Sox last season. |

| Well Max is a guy that gets a lot of run support for whatever reason, and wouldn't be surprised if that continues because the Tigers are facing off against a rookie who REALLY struggled his last outing. |

| This is off topic but I just realized that there are no teams under .500 in the AL East. :o |

| Yeah. He has relatively gotten pretty decent run support overall this season. |

Well, the Jays reached .500 last night (pretty much for the first time all season long), thanks to a nine-game winning streak.
And yeah, the AL East is a very strong division with some very tough teams. |

| And the Red Sox are not having a good or bad streak, 5-5 in their last 10 so it could go either way. |
