Why do I feel as if he is talking about me and my ridiculous 'Word-Wall'?
Today, I decided to type up a block of text even though I was fully aware of the fact that no one here would bother reading more than a few lines of this gigantic, boring, page filling, block. Many try to read the entire thing, but soon realize that their desire is impossible, unthinkable, and of course insane. This block, no, fortress of text is most definitely the largest thing that you have ever seen. You have seen large pieces of text, but nothing this perfect. The best part is that it's not copied (and pasted). It's hand-written, well, typed up from a keyboard. You continue reading, trying to get passed all of this pointless text. You start to feel unsure, it might just be too much. You're determined, but not determined enough. Your confidence begins to fade as you realize just how long this block is. You push on, trying your hardest to keep from blacking out as the words swim through your mind. Keep reading, the block never ends. Now, you decide that it might be okay to skim through the text. Pressing the down key, or dragging the scroll bar down. You see nothing but an endless sea of text. You press on, moving through as fast as possible. You begin to regain confidence as you realize that this block does truly have an end, but you were wrong. It keeps going on. You continue holding the down key, trying to make your way through this pointless block of text. Keep trying, you might just make it. I am truly impressed that you've made it this far, but don't get excited now. You may be special, as you are actually reading this block, not just scrolling through it, but being special does not matter as this block of text, full of run-on sentences never ends. You regain faith as you remember that ROBLOX has a limit to the amount of characters allowed in one post, but just how high is that limit? You begin to struggle, trying to remember the number, when will this block just end. You know when, never. You shake your head off and continue through. Reading and reading. You start to bore, finding no entertainment from this block of boring text, but you want to see the end, as you are curious. You keep reading. Confused as you wonder when it will end. You look at the scroll bar, checking if you are anywhere near done. Thing is; you aren't, as this block never ends. It is the block that never ends. Determined, you keep reading on, reading and reading. You start to realize that this block is repeating itself, but you do not care. You continue reading on, trying to make your way through this pointless sea of text. You consider scrolling to the bottom, clicking 'Post Reply' and writing tl;dr. Thinking of the quickest way to free yourself from this text. You want to get to the rest of the thread, but you can't. The block is just too massive. You wonder just how much effort was put in to this block, but then you realize that you truly do not care. Just like everyone else, you only want to get to the non-existent end of this post. This pointless post. This sea. This block of bore. You try harder. Reading and reading. You confirm your realization that this block is repeating itself, but you do not care. Just like everyone else, you only want to get to the bottom of this block. You push on, reading and reading. You push on even more, trying your hardest to keep from blacking out as the words swim through your mind. You continue to bore, wondering when this block of bore will end. This sea of text just keeps going on. You start to realize that you are not even that far into the sea of words. You've wasted so much time reading this post, time that could have been put to better, more productive uses, such as playing with friends, building, or scripting if you can, games with ROBLOX's engine, or even making threads or reading posts here on RT, you could have at least been watching videos on YouTube, one of your favorite sites to do exactly what you're doing here; waste time. You wonder why you're bothering, trying so hard, to read something so long. It's like reading a book on Physics, Inventions, or Medical Science, you just aren't interested in it. You look for inspiration to continue, but all you find is this, the impassable wall of text. 'Keep reading' you think to yourself, but then you start to wonder, why, why keep reading? Why bother when you could be doing other things such as enjoying your video games, or helping your parents with chores, which would be just as boring as this block, conversing with friends, expanding your vocabulary, or going on with your average hobbies, but are they really hobbies? What if I told you that you have an addiction, an addiction to posting on the forums, you cannot escape this addiction, it eats up all of your time, just like this wall. All this wall does is eat up your time. You begin to think of ways to get around it so you conserve more time that could be used doing what? You do not know, but you do not care. As long as you escape from this confusing, boring, self-repeating, sloppily written, pointless, long, fortress of text. I would've thought that realization would have stricken you by now, like a lightning bolt from the sky, some say that they are from heaven, a lightning bolt, no, like an arrow, straight and true, realization, reality, a grasp on reality, that is what you need to keep going. As this realization of inevitability strikes you, rebellion develops withinside of you, a conflict, more powerful than that of the rebellion against the Empire from Star Wars, a series that I'm sure that you've watched, whether from peer pressure, or from interest. A conflict that causes you to keep reading onward. Charging like a brave, lance-wielding, knight in shining armor. In the words of Mr. Smith, from the Matrix, 'Why, why, why, Mr. Anderson do you choose to fight the inevitable', and like Neo you realize that you have no reason. There it is again, that realization, but this time it is not about inevitability, it is about the fact that you have no real reason for reading this post. You just think that it will be 'fun', but it's not. It's a nightmare, an endless nightmare, worse than that of Nightmare on Elm Street, a nightmare 1000x worse than Freddy. It's worse than the Grudge, or The Ring, it's The Text. The inevitable, painful truth that is your incapability to read one page of text, just one page, yet then, you read all the time. Forums are for those who enjoy reading, and discussing, content written by other users. Which makes this post fit perfectly, as it is content written by another user, but who could be the user that thought up of this dark magic, this monstrosity that is The Text, the impassible wall. 'Why bother', you think. The boredom is killing you worse than Gigsaw in any of the seven Saw movies, then you wonder where all of these references are coming from. This wall, known as The Text, refers to more things than Peter Griffin does in Family Guy, a show that you've surely watched. It's absolutely hilarious. Then you realize that you are starting to see the personality of the author who made this block. I prefer to think of it as them having truly empty lives
so they fill their time with spam
gives them a false sense of purpose and self worth

In fact,
I most likely have a better constructed social life than you do.

@Quant:
oh yes, I can see what a great social life you're living. Maybe its because you crave attention. You would be even willing to tarnish your respect for 5 seconds in spotlight

@Blizzetta,
Who says that I am in the 'spotlight'?
I am merely spending some time while I wait for my download to finish. |

@Blizzetta,
I have plenty of productive things to do with my time,
I just recently purchased a dart gun for my younger brother, who is currently staying with me for the week,
I could go play with him. |
