Arab is easier to learn and is the #6 most spoken language in the world.
Spanish is like the easiest language ever though and I am learning it.

It's totally up to you what you choose to learn. I am norwegian and speak norwegian fluently, but I'm learning german, and I have to say that german is pretty iteresting. Norwegian is too. But remember that we are only 5 million people, while there are around 80 million germans(I belive, not sure) so you would probably get more use for it. But both languages are great in my opinion. So, choose the language you find most interesting.
Also, we have the letters ÆØÅ :p |

If you have to choose between Norwegian and German
German, you will probably find it more useful than Norwegian. |

| Norwegian, it's extremely easy and if you learn it, you'll be able to communicate with nearly all scandinavians, plus you'll have a head start on Icelandic, which is so close to old norse(ancient language of the vikings, anscestor of English, and many scandinavian languages), that you'll be able to read old norse. |
