┖Section 1.a, Introduction┑

Ecumeהe is a vast, prospering imperialistic power formed to unite all people of the galaxy under a single banner of courageous, skillful, and intellectual forces. Using supreme technology, force, and tactics, victory inevitable.


┖Section 2.a, Ranking┑

The ranking system that Ecumeהe uses is relatively simple. Each member's status is filed by their "Accolade Points", or aP. Members can recieve aP by the following:

▷ Activity
▷ Skill
▷ Leadership
▷ Intelligence

Once a member reaches the needed aP for the next rank, a promotion is given. The point system assures that favoritism is out, and everything is fair. High Ranks, you are only allowed to give a maximum of 2 aP a day. That could be to one member, or spread between 2. Each ranks required aP is shown below.

Auxillary - 2 aP
Guard - 5 aP
Grenadier - 9 aP
Designator - 15 aP
Operator - 20 aP
Leuitenant Commander - 30 aP
Commander - 40 aP, + leadership skill.
Wing Commander - 55 aP, + trust from HRs.
Coordinator - 75 aP, + excellent leadership.
Brigadier - 95 aP, + Leadership, Trust, and Activity.

- Any rank above Brigadier is hand-picked by the Talon Director. aP reaches its maximum at 95.


┖Section 2.b, Demotions┑

Demotions are rare, but always necessary. The main form of demotion is removal of aP, which is a small punishment. If you lose enough aP to the point of where you don't meet your ranks requirements, your rank is lost.

If you believe your demotion was unfair, you may appeal. It is best to first talk with whoever gave you the demotion, and fully understand why the demotion was given. If nothing is resolved then, talk to another HR. A meeting could be held to decide the final decision. After the meeting, further appeals are denied and ignored.

In the most severe cases, an automatic exilization may be recieved. Examples of where this may happen are espionage; or continued disrespect, law breaking, and inactivity.


┖Section 3.a, Main Laws┑

The main laws in Ecumeהe are completely required to follow. Breaking these WILL result in punishment.

♢ Do not do anything that will jeapordize your position or reputation.

♢ You will be active, and report to all events prepared and in uniform.

♢ Respect ALL members of Ecumeהe, High Rank or not.

♢ Speak with grammar and intelligence. Correct your typing mistakes.

♢ Help Ecumeהe into a better form, and sharpen it's edges.

♢ Do not try to find loopholes in the guide. This results in severe punishment.


┖Section 4.a, Internal Affairs┑

The head of Internal Affairs is Madman2927. If you are having issues with another member, talk to him about it. However, it is prefered that you simply talk to the one you are having issues with before taking it to a serious level.

In most cases, a simple lecture or compromise in the affair resolves everything. In other, more severe cases, punishments are given. Avoiding issues with other members will keep you out of trouble.


┖Section 4.b, External Affairs┑

Issues with other groups are best left alone, because they will almost always lead to an unnecessary skirmish. If the Talon Director feels that action is needed on the subject, he will make the final decision.


┖Section 5.a, Events┑

All events, which include trainings, raids, and meetings, are scheduled before - hand using the shout system. If you simply keep an eye out for events by keeping the wall active and looking at the shouts, your activity will increase, and your aP will do the same.

Trainings are usually held everyday, in the evening or night. The shout will describe a specific time and the time zone, so you can be on time. Meetings are only held when needed. Raids can be held on the weekend for either practice, or in a full-out war.

┖Section 6.a, Activity┑

Activity is the battery, fuel source, and engine for all military groups. Without it, we're basically dead. This is why activity is extremely needed. There are several ways to maintain activity.

▷ Keeping the wall active. Spark a discussion!

▷ Attend every event you can. You'll miss out on aP if you don't.

▷ Recruit, and get your friends in. More members equals more activity.

=-Mentor-Student Program-=

The Mentor-Student Program ensures that the relationship between LR and HR stays steady, and the constant flow of knowledge is ever so present. This new system will allow a student to be given a mentor based on personality and perception.


As A Student-=-
It is your responsibility to learn as much as you can about Ecumeהe. The stories, History, Tactics, Ect.


As A Mentor-=-
It is your responsibility to bestow upon your apprentices the skills and knowledge to reach their full potential and someday lead their own students to success.

Rules And Regulations-))

A.) ANY AND ALL, Mentoring sessions will be done as a One-On-One basis. This means you cannot take two apprentices out to train, the reason behind this is that 2 is a party, 3 is a crowd. Teaching a student takes a great amount of deep respect. Respect them that you will teach each one of them as equals.

B.)Failure to respect student or mentor can result in Lose of mentor ability, Lose of aP, or a mentor switch.

C.) A mentor must be Ranked Commander+ With Mentor-able Status

D.) A student can only be an apprentice if Ranked between Initiate-Operator. Past that the student will become a member without a guide and from there begin Officer Training

E.) In order to lose the Mentor-Able status, you will need to have 2 students switch mentors AND 3-4 Complaints From Students

F.)In order to regain Mentor-Able status you will need to complete a Relations and Communication session with approval from 2 Grand Admirals/Marshals

By implementing this system the group can continue to function as well as make sure members get vital information and knowledge to teach others, wherever they go.

Tried that at a training. Absolute failure.


All we need is an extra 5-9 people to attend a training, and a more organized facility to work with it.


Very nice and thought out idea though.
