| no but really though i work out a bit too and i think that sore muscles are just your muscles becoming stronger??? i want to say when you work out it deteriorates your muscles and then they grow (?) back stronger, but im not entirely sure if thats how it works |

That's what I read about. Your muscle tissues are destroyed, and new tissue grows back that is stronger, which means it can take a lot more pressure and stuff than before. |

I rest.
