As you all know, up/down ratings have been released recently. It's a FANTASTIC feature, and I really love it, yet, I wish it could be optional rather than forced upon.
Reasons this could be useful:
1.) Some people rate down games because a certain feature doesn't work (In this case, there's a solution they aren't seeing, ie a regen button.). The game itself could be great, but it gets +1 negative vote because a person wasn't bright enough to find the solution to fix/regen what wasn't working.
2.) Some people are just hated by others. Myself? I have a lot of haters, I could say. What if I made an amazing game, and it gets mass-voted down just because people dislike me? Now that wouldn't be fair, would it?
3.) Some people just aren't open for suggestions. On some thing I've created, I've made something in which it's perfect IN MY PERSPECTIVE, and I would not like any suggestions. Now, this reason might be a BIT confusing, but long paragraph short: Some people just don't like being rated. |

| No. That makes the whole reason they made it pointless. |

>Someone makes a copied terrible scam game and removes ratings
>Scrubs aren't aware that the game is terrible and play it anyway
>That person profits and no one knows about it's suckiness |

@Toon
How? Some people like suggestions. The feature is there, but it could be optional. What's so bad about that? Commentary is like that. |

FINE, I've got a fix.
You can disable disliking, yet, liking could be there.
Say a game has like, a million views, yet, only has 1k likes. You could presume that a massive ratio of the people who played that game didn't like it, thus possibly a scam. |

You know what, I'll give reasons how this could be abused, non-supporters. Maybe you'll view this in a different way.
1.) Alts. I've tested it, you can rate a game multiple times with alts, mass-disliking it.
2.) Note we are a community that contains users that can be bit (or very) immature. I shouldn't need to explain that any farther. |
