Neither.
Very little things on ROBLOX take skill. |

But which takes more? My friend says swords take no skill what so ever. I'm a good SF'er, so we're arguing. I want to see other peoples opinions. |

Well people like Lord and I are big RCLers that are on quite a few FB teams.
So by general principle, I'd say RCL. |

Swordfight - Timing of lag and how quick you can spin
RCL - How randomly you can move around, and guessing the enemy movements and hitting his 'invisible' body ahead if him. |

I'm the same way with swords. Which is why I'm asking, because I want a non-bias opinion. |

@LaggKill
Your name gives the best description of a SF kill SF is nothing but lag and luck nowadays. You used to be able to actually dodge and time your attacks when now you get mowed down by some tryhard mouselocker that is 5 studs away facing in the opposite direction and still manages to hit you somehow. |

@BenBonez
That's why I duel mostly. It's the closest thing to original SF'ing that you can get nowadays. Well that and SFOTHO, but that's still a stretch... |

| Guns in the clan world are not much better. RCL + Health glitch run rampant here. |

| That is another reason why I say swords are better in most cases. Less glitchy. |

| I've experienced both, and I'd say RCL. SFing is basic, easy to get good at, and in a raid, it's usually just ties. |

| That's not sword fighting, the guys obviously don't take sword fighting seriously, and your brother is dumb, he needs to face someone who's a actual challenge to realize that sword fighting is indeed hard. |

And if you're good, sword fighting is most of the time not a tie, unless it's someone using classic.
Otherwise, it's who's better, and if both of you are a average sword fighter then you'll most likely both tie a couple of times.
I fight at the Bridge sword fighting game when warming up for duels at my place that has hardly any bricks, therefore any lag, the Bridge game doesn't lag either.
And peoples KO's and WO's are actually earned there, I don't know what's up with all of these people, they must have bad experiences. |

@AugustImprove
You know what I'm talking about! SF'ing takes skill. Just different ones than RCL, but the same amount. +15 Respect |

Though I'm preferably prominent with swords; I'd have to go with the logical answer & say that RCL'ing produces much more skill, as well as strategy.

RCL doesn't take skill. When I went to tryout for Replica Forces in FEAR I had to face a Squad Leader in Replica Forces and Colonel in FEAR who was good at RCL and I beat him 10-9, which was my first time using RCL guns.
If sword fighting doesn't take more skill, then they'd be equal. |

RCL- Accuracy, Movement, Prediction
Swords- Timing, Movement, Trickery, Prediction ((Trickery, because you have to trick your enemy into making a certain move in order to counter said move and kill him)) |

RCL - Always having to focus on your enemy, predicting where they'll be while fighting, and moving with strategy, meaning jumping or side to side, etc.
Sword fighting - Focusing on when to strike and when not to strike, focusing on movement extremely and how you move, all factors of sword fighting coming into play if you can do all, aka, classic, zoomed in, and mouselock. Having the lunge 24/7 unless there's a strategy, having planned out moves in your head for certain movements your enemy does, focusing on when he strikes and what he does, focusing on his movement, for example if he jumps thinking clearly and striking while he jumps to get a clean good kill without losing health, focusing on enemy movement for them turning around, etc, etc.
The whole reason RCL is actually hard is because no one is used to it, it's always been mainly about sword fighting in the clan world, therefore people have had time to adapt as a average sword fighter, once doing something unless you're very skilled you'll always be new with it and not good until you get the hang of it, for example if both RCL and Sword fighting were new would be the time to compare.
Give RCL a year or two if it stays a major thing, then compare it to Sword fighting and your minds will chamge. |
