Like there is fog. Creates no lag. How about Distance Blur?
Would be exactly like fog, except that it renders blur in the distances. It would be like:
BlurStart BlurEnd
Blur wouldn't cause lag, and it delivers realism! |

So something like Motion blur?
I dont know that all seems to realistic, I mean look how long it took them to add dynamic lighting.

No way. So someone would add intentionally blur so you can't see slender in a slender game, but you cheat and be a dummy and you disable the blur. |

Personally I feel there should be a setting for Dynamic Lighting too- I don't like it.

| The blur should be changeable in the lighting area, rather than being changeable in the options from Studio. |

Dynamic Lighting should have its own subsection in the Studio options, so if you wanted to disable it or lower its effect you could.
Or it could be a subcategory in Rendering.
