1. ban political parties, super-pacs, any other ulterior group meant to manipulate.
2. get rid of the electoral college, allow presidents as many terms as the people want them to serve
3. term-limits on senators
4. congressmen don't get paid if they don't cooperate with one another.

how would you propose on doing this, outside of changing the constitution?
the supreme court already ruled three of those provisions unconstitutional |

| if the president has a likability factor he could get reelected as much as possible and then seize power and turn into a dictatorship |

>get rid of the electoral college, allow presidents as many terms as the people want them to serve
getting rid of the electoral college would be good, leaving the people to have more power, BUT. if we allowed a single person to rule for a very long amount of time, couldn't that potentially turn into something very bad? |

if the people want that person for a long period of time, what's the problem.
the military swears into the constitution, not the president. |

insurrection act
the president could theoretically turn the united states into a dictatorship at any time, provided that the military stays loyal to him |

#2 I would have to disagree.
Nobody would get the chance to become President, 'Checks and Balances' would then be pointless.

>@ desert allow presidents as many terms as the people want them to serve people don't like a president, he's out
that is true, until the next election cycle, or the removal of the person from office, which is very unlikely. Imagine something that the populous is very much against, like raise taxes to 100%11111 (exaggerated example, I know the budget would have to pass through congress, but imagine it was the president's budget) within the president's 1st year of whatever term they are serving. the people would have to wait 3 more years to get rid of him, and god knows what can happen in 3 years |
