Little kid. You cannot prove any of these. A Hypothesis is a educated guess, so is theory, basicly.
If Religion isnt a theory, what is it And what is science. |

@Glaceau1; There is no scientific evidence on if any religious books are correct. Science has SOME facts, others than religion. Religion is just a theory, with no evidence placed other than historical books, which anyone can develop.

| Religions are theories, also known as beliefs as to how things happened/started. No one can truly prove the whole chain of events. As for claiming sciences has proven all these things, if science is so superior then how come the surface has barely been touched. It is a matter of opinion as to whether things are true or not if there is no legitimate proof to answer the given question. |

| A theory can be considered as a form of belief or vice versa. |

@imabeastbro123; I'd say religion is more of a opinion than a belief. But it makes sense.

> A hypothesis is a guess. It is no where near a theory, which is considered to be almost law. Theories aren't factual. They are what people believe to be the truth. Whether these theories are true facts is unknown until more information is found out (if that is even possible with such a scenario as religions and how it all began). |

@Everyone; "Even though the words "hypothesis" and "theory" are often used synonymously, a scientific hypothesis is not the same as a scientific theory. A scientific hypothesis is a proposed explanation of a phenomenon which still has to be rigorously tested. In contrast, a scientific theory has undergone extensive testing and is generally accepted to be the accurate explanation behind an observation."

| No, gravity was a theory but it is factual since the point in time it was proven with legitimate evidence. |

| Coming from the one shouting out their own opinions as if they are factual. If there is no proof then the truth could be anything. |

@Ralimisu; I agree with Glaceau1 on this, gravity currently still is a theory. We need to find out more information to make ourselves 100% sure. Anything below 100 is a theory.

| Sword, read over what he said again, he spoke as if it is factual yet classes it as a theory. A theory isn't something that people truly know the whole story of. Obviously though, the biggest question is how everything began which I can't see the question ever being answered. |

We each have our own opinions.
Lets keep them to ourselfs. |
