Greetings United States of America!
I have been filing up the PMs asking if I can impeach President Moolah60, and if he is impeached, who will take his spot. I think you need to understand something. Impeachment does NOT mean to remove someone from office. Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were both impeached, but never removed from office.
You see:
Impeach ≠ Remove From Office Impeach = Press Charges
It is like, when President Richard Nixon was going to go to court for burglary and breaking and entering. If he were not in the president's seat, he would just being "being tried" but since he was of government position, he was "impeached" which is just pressing charges against.
Just so you all know, it just so happened that the 2 cases which an Impeachment happened, the Senate chose to try and remove the president, is only just a coincidence. After all, it has only happened twice. The senate does NOT have to vote to Remove From Office, but the 2 times a case came up they did. Johnson and Clinton were both Impeached, but Acquitted of Removal.
In other words, you can try to Impeach Moolah60 for breaking the law, but you need proof like always, and it doesn't mean he will be removed from office.

If he's found guilty, he is found guilty.
Nothing will really happen. |

He wasn't guilty of any crime at all. Having an affair isn't illegal. |

Considering the fact that admin abuse isn't considered against the law, and there has been no one getting punished for abusing admin.
It still will not change anything. |

| You guys are missing the point. Bill Clinton wasn't impeached for having a affair he was impeached for lying under a oath. Also impeachment is used so the President in not immune to the law. The reason Johnson and Clinton were not removed was because congress did not find their crimes worthy of impeachment. It wasn't that they weren't able to. They had all the authority over the president at the time. |

| You forgot to add that you have 0 power in the entire impeachment process. The only ones who would be involved are Moolah, HoR, Senate, and the Chief Justice. |

| Seeing as this would be a major court case, I think the Supreme Court would have some say in this. Also, when lando was pressing charges against Night earlier this year, the SC got involved. And yes, the case was for his impeachment, and not being able to run for office. |

| If there is a court case about impeachment, the supreme court always runs it. |

mpeahment must begin in the House of Representatives, where a motion is submitted into Committee detailing what crime or misdemeanor the President (or Vice President or federal judge) has committed. If the committee votes to accept the motion, it goes to a full vote in the House. If the House votes with a simple majority to impeach, a separate committee of 'managers' or prosecuters is chosen and the procedure now moves to the Senate.
With the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court acting as judge, the actual trial will be held in the Senate. After the managers and the impeached person's defenders address the Senate, the Senators are allowed to debate the issue. If the Senate votes with a simple majority to convict, then the President is removed; if less than a majority votes to convict then the President is acquitted.
Two Presidents have been impeached (though motions for impeachment have been submitted against most all Presidents though our history), but none have actually been convicted. |

Correction:
In the Johnson case, majority favored that Johnson be removed, but you need 2/3 vote. |
