Probably 18.
It would be pretty hard to move though, as Visa's are hard to get when you don't have a job there or even speak the native language.
The best way to go to a new country and live there for a few months is to get a student VIsa. |

I would want to move to Ireland or maybe Australia.

I seriously doubt 14.
Foreign exchange student's aren't leaving the country technically alone. As they are staying in a home of a classmate. |

| Oh I didn't know he meant permanently. You can LEAVE the country at 14, but I think you have to be 18 to move permanently. |
