@tappier
The $350-ish one?
It's price went up since I last checked, so I feel rather foolish mentioning it now...
Regardless, here

Haven't bothered reading the rest of the thread, so:
-More exclusives -Nearly complete digital games which allows for infinite backups and access to discounts/sales via Steam/GMG/etc. -Ability to use a more precise form of controller or any of the current gen controllers -Modding, obviously -Graphics & hardware, obviously -Huge indie support -Higher framerates -Emulation -Harder to put in place restrictions on games e.g. DRM; also no hassle about used games because the market's pretty much digital -Upgradable -Free online unless decided otherwise by PUBLISHER -Huge F2P gaming scene -More advanced voice communications by services such as Teamspeak and of course Skype -Easier streaming & uploading

"or any of the current gen controllers"
Also most previous gen controllers can have adapters purchased for them and Next-Gen will likely be compatible. (Hell, the Wii U's tablet already is)
"-Huge indie support"
Though it doesn't beat the PC, Sony does offer quite nice indie support.

"395$ is still a really good price. I'll probably upgrade the amount of RAM to a higher amount, since I plan on using the computer for 3D modelling and rendering, but other than that it looks good."
I don't think it would perform that great for 3D modelling or rendering to be entirely honest.
It was mainly focusing on light to medium gaming.
Also make sure the RAM is 1866Mhz if you do get this build. For the most part RAM speeds don't come into play in performance, but with APUs it does make quite a difference. (1.5FPS more than 1600Mhz and 6.6FPS more than 1333Mhz)

"I agree. I am actually designing a game for Playstation Mobile as of speaking. They are very friendly to small time developers, considering they are not a PC-based platform like Steam is."
They really gained my respect when I heard them say "they were convinced that we wouldn't bother talking to them, so we put them on stage" at their conference.

"So I would need to upgrade the graphics card to perform better for 3D modelling, right?"
Terribly sorry, but workstation/editing PCs are not really my strong suit as when I studied parts I was primarily doing it for my own gain in building my gaming PC. I'd suggest making a thread on a tech forum like Tomshardware and asking there.

| The emulators on my Nexus work perfectly, so imagine them on the PC. |
