I dont really ever rage much about losing, even when we are close to a championship. Hell, i almost considered joining the bandits in the RNHL after the dragons lost to them! I also feel that while I cant get many vets, I can attract some more new players. I can be like the oilers so to speak- Young and toward the bottom of the OK area, but HOPEFULLY, not the worst.

And I don't get mad easily and rage and verbally attack league officials like some of the owners in contention for this team slot.

Even if my squad was all noobs, i feel I could get them to be more serious about this. I feel that I never can get many people that are like vets. But i am good with controlling people to do what i believe is necesary under the circumstances. I also can make trading an option if i feel so. My skills as a gm are, no doubt, better then as a player. This would essentially, be my only chance, unless i get better with practice.

A good leader recognizes the importance of giving up control in certain areas because other people know more about that area and/or bear primary responsibility for it. Inclusiveness and delegation, together, are the essence of shared governance. I have this. I will be the captain of my team and I will act like it. I will assign positions to my team, and make sure everyone plays their role.

A good leader doesn’t just pretend to listen or pretend to delegate. He or she doesn’t merely pay lip service to the concept of shared governance or attempt to manipulate the process for personal gain. Ask anyone on this forum who knows me well. If you talked to Ftt, he would say that I understand him very well. I listen to him. Not only do we play on the same team, but we connect and hang out outside of forum sports. I do this with all of my players, as I take pride and joy in my team's chemistry. I like my guys to be close and compact. Whatever challenges a unit or institution might face, a good leader is always positive, consistently projecting an attitude of realistic optimism about the future. A good leader can address issues openly and frankly without spreading doom and gloom. I AM OPTIMISTIC AFFFFFFF |
