Purpose [GUIDE1]
The Officer Training Corps is here to educate and prepare future high ranks, give them the knowledge need for later on. We offer free education with no charge and we help increase your chance of promotion within the main division. We only expect you obey our rules, reach our expectations, and you will become a high rank.

Entrance [GUIDE2]
It is expected to join the Officer Training Corps at the rank of Captain. But due to its continuous reforms and inactivity we have members joining who are ranked Major or Colonel and rarely Brigadier-General. If you are a lower rank [Lieutenant and -] you are to ineligible join.
Once you are accepted and you are marked eligible you are to take a test, these tests are hosted at random times. Based on your results you will be put into one of the 5 Classes therefore beginning your training. [See marks results on the bottom]
Marks
10 – 20% Block 1 30 – 40% Block 2 50 – 60% Block 3 70 – 80% Block 4 90 – 100% Block 5
If you fail, you will be exiled and you may attempt on next test training. There will be no favouritism in this system, if this is to happen. It must be reported to Vice/Commandant of the Corps. The Trainer or Examiner will be removed.

Ranks [GUIDE3]
All ranks and their purpose will be stated on this section of the Guide
Block 1 The entrance rank, most of the members are in this rank and are waiting for the Judgement Test, or have received a low grade on their test. This rank can post on the wall and view the shout.
Block 2 Those at this rank have done poorly, and are in need of training. They are taught basic’s and are expected to do well, they move on to Block 3 after passing B2Exam. This rank can post on the wall and view the shout. Block 3 Have scored average on entrance, they receive average training and are taught much more. These members move onto Block 4 after passing B3Exams. This rank can post on the wall and view the shout.
Block 4 Have scored well on the Judgement Test, these members are ready for extreme training. This rank is taught more on structure and base’s importance in JC. These members move onto Block 5 after passing the B4Exams. This rank can post on the wall and view the shout.
Block 5 This block is mostly spent studying for the final exam, this block has the liberty to join any ongoing classes to catch up and regain notes. This rank is a review rank, once you have passed the F1Exam you will become an official officer and you will have a higher chance of become a high rank. This rank can post on the wall and view the shout.
Officer If you did well during the exams, blockers can come ask you for help if they cannot go to anyone else. They are a model to the blockers. They can delete posts on the wall.
Trainer The trainers train blockers if you did excellent during the F1Exams you can apply for trainer if you are an officer by passing the F2Exam. This rank can delete posts on the wall, and update the group status.
Examiner These examiners are chosen by the Commandant and Vice-Commandant; they create, review and pass the exams to the trainers. They are the academy’s most important members. They can promote/demote, delete posts, and update the group status.
Commandants Assistants Chosen by the Commandant and Vice-Commandant, assistant(s) are expected to keep the group running smoothly; they are the right hand men of the Commandant and Vice-Commandant. They can demote/promote, delete posts, and update the group status.
Vice-Commandant DEMOCRATIC: Elected with the Commandant to run the corps, they are chosen by the main division and can be removed by the choice of the main division. STATIONARY: Are chosen by the Commandant, they are the same only that the Commandant may remove them if they are in-active or for whatever reason
COMMANDANT DEMOCRATIC: Elected with the Vice-Commandant to run the corps, they are chosen by the main division and can be removed by the choice of the main division.
STATIONARY: Chosen by the Emperor to lead the Corps and keep it successful, they can be removed at anytime the Emperor sees it fit. -------------------------------------------
CONCLUSION
This guide is designed and meant to be updated at any given moment, if you find any mistakes in this guide please report it to the Commandant.
EXTRA: The Corps cannot insure you promotion, the results are on how you prove yourself within the Corps.
