No, If there were 9 or 13 year old mods they would be going around and say "I CAN DO WHATEVR I WANT! I WILL BAN U BCUZ YOU KILLEDZ MEE!!"
And then roblox would Explode :P |

| That's not true for all 9-13 year olds. Maybe, if this was implemented (which it probably won't be), the current mods and admins could somehow...watch the activity of a user they choose to be a mod, to see if they are qualified? I have a friend, she's 11, and she would make a WONDERFUL mod. |

To be honest,
Moderator and admin activity should be chosen over maturity, not age.
It really pisses me off that roblox interns can only be chosen for moderator.
thanks roblox. |

Hell, no!
But I do think that mature and respectful members could get moderator rank.
It would be nice of some players in roblox had mod by being selected but 9 years old
wouldn't be a good age to be a mod, a lot of maturity is required. |

Scenario:
(noob kills me) OK, no ban. (noobs OD) Instant warning. (they do it again) Ok, 1-day ban |

| I'd say 11-13, they'd need to have an interview first. |

| @above What about above 13? Although some people(not all) above 13 are more immature than my 7-year-old brother....who has an account on here o.O |

The thing is, the personally hired moderators have a thing that a lot of the site chosen moderators won't: A job at RHQ. So if they abuse their power, they not only lose their account, but their JOB. Some random kids on the site, they don't have to care. They could just make an alt.

| Support. It would give moderators a bigger and better understanding of what problems and things people do on roblox that leads to bans. Also the currrent moderators are awful so anythings better. |

Pros and Cons
Pros: - Moderation time would improve. - Spam would reduce. - Exploitation would reduce (think about it, kids play games ALL the time with one person on the server being a moderator, then these exploiters would easily be caught because the MODERATORS would catch them in the act). - Cursing would reduce. - Moderator's maturity level may increase. - People's respect may increase toward the moderators. - People would be more likely to report the wrong doings if the Junior moderators were to respond quicker, and the people notice the change. - Junior moderators may be offered a job when they turn 18 if they did well as a moderator. - You might be able to avoid a ban if the Junior moderators believe the other person was at fault. - Inappropriate game reduction.
Cons: - Parents may think some of the content their children are moderating is not appropriate to them. - Some people may leave ROBLOX due to increase moderation. - Junior Moderators could abuse their position. - Junior moderators may make threats thinking they are above the moderation system. - Junior moderators may make too rash of a decision and ban someone for no apparent reason. - Unqualified people may beg for the job. - More appeals may go to ROBLOX HQ if a rash decision was made.
If you have any more please add on. Anyways, I support. |

| Support, but they would have to be 10+, and they wouldn't have all of the powers as normal moderators. They shouldn't be able to ban for longer than 5 days without a moderator checking the situation out. |
