Download Spybot Search and Destroy and Malwarebytes.
If you don't find one and you're still worried that you might have one on your computer, download a keyscrambler. Keyscramblers are pretty much self explanatory - they scramble your keys, so if you type "Hello, world." it'll show up as something in comprehensible like "Wmetzw, mernt."

go to task manager and if you have 2 winlogons you are KLed

you could always delete a keylogger if you're worried
ctrl + alt + delete
delete the second winlogon if any
then go through your files and delete the suspicious ones |
