Morrowind. Although I prefer vanilla Skyrim to vanilla Oblivion. |

Oblivion has the better Story by far and imo destroys Skyrim without effort. Skyrim is okay, and has the better DLC's imo. I would say that these are better played on PC because of Mods and overall game glitches on consoles that you don't see as often on the PC. |

If you looking for graphics then skyrim.
If your looking for colour better personality in charecters and gameplay, then Oblivion.

oblivion has better quests, writing, equipment variety, as well as actual attributes and less watered down skills.
play oblivion for a roleplaying game, play skyrim for an action game |

You don't recall correctly.
Kvatch/oblivion gate areas - dark red with accentuated black
Bruma/the north - white, pale brown dirt
Leyawiin - dirt and murky rivers everywhere
also you can't correctly call grass the entire game's artstyle, each city had its own unique architecture. |

>ur hero now
you're not the hero though, you're the hero's sidekick
also
skyrim; -go through a dungeon -ur a dragen hary -go through dungeons and fetch quests ad infinitum -wow u killed the bad guy in skyrim heaven
oblivion: -go through a dungeon -emperor forsees a prophecy, gives you his amulet and tells you to take it to the commander of his personal guard -emperor has a secret heir -the heir refuses to leave the chapel in a city under siege by demons, he wants to help people -must close the gate to hell alone right outside the city -while closing gates to hell (with a decent amount of variety), build an army and continue gathering daedric artifacts for a ritual -infiltrate the demon worshipper headquarters, steal their bible -get teleported to demon heaven -must kill demon worshipper leaders -close main gate, believe all is won -go to imperial city to crown heir the emperor -demon gates to hell open all through the city, satan spawns right outside your door -emperor warps into a dragon, kills the devil, then dies |

I still love how Oblivion looked though
I loved travelling through the forest since it kinda looked great
It may only have a green colour palette but it still looks nice

I like to put it like this
skyrim: -u r prisoner XD GET UR HEAD CUT OFF LOL PWNT -A dragon somehow attacks the site of the execution and you escape with a Stormcloak/Imperial soldier -You meet up with a relative of whoever you escaped with after you escape Helgen Keep and receive supplies -Inform the Jarl of Whiterun of the dragon attack on Helgen -Sent to the court wizard, Farengar Secret-Fire, and assist him with some research he is conducting on the return of the dragons -Retrieve a stone map of dragon burial mounds from an ancient Nordic tomb -Fend off the attack of one of the few dragons who survived the Dragon War/was ressurected and find out you are "Dragonborn" -Called by sky-whispering monks who just so happen to live at the highest mountain in Skyrim, no, Tamriel and you have to climb it -Prove to Arngier and his sky-whisperers that you are Dragonborn -On your final trial, retrieve the horn of the founder of the Greybeards, Jurgen Windcaller from Ustengrav, a Nordic barrow near Morthal -The horn is not there and was taken by Delphine, the keeper of the Sleeping Giant Inn -Speak to Delphine and retrieve the horn from her -Prove that you are Dragonborn to her by permanently killing a dragon who will somehow come back to life -Find out that dragons are being resurrected by Alduin and kill Sahloknir, the dragon he ressurected, near Kynesgrove -Bring the horn back to the Greybeards and be formally accepted as Dragonborn -Return to Delphine and find out that you are going to a party at the Thalmor Embassy to retrieve information on the dragons -After retrieving the Thalmor dossiers, return to Delphine in Riverwood and tell her that they seem to think a former Blades archivist, Esbern, knows about the dragons -Go to Riften(info in the dossier tell you he is in Riften) and speak with Brynjolf -After doing some "dirty work" for Brynjolf, go to the Ragged Flagon in the Riften Ratway and ask Vekel if he knows an old man hiding out in the Ratway -Vekel will tell you he is in the Ratway Vaults, and never leaves his "home." -Find Esbern in the Vaults and convince him that Delphine sent you. Bring him back to Riverwood -Esbern will tell you that there may be information on how to defeat Alduin on Alduin's Wall, a history/prophecy of Alduin in Sky Haven Temple -The wall depicts Alduin being defeated by using a shout. Dragonrend. -Arngier tells you that he does not know Dragonrend and thus, cannot teach you the shout. You must speak to Paarthurnax if you wish to know of this shout -Paarthurnax, after a long conversation, will tell you that he does not know Dragonrend either, that it is incomprehensible to the Dov. However there is a Time Wound at the Throat of the World and you can read an Elder Scroll there to learn it. -You ask the college library keeper, Urag Gro-Shub, if he has an elder scroll in his possession. He will say he doesn't, however he has books about them. After reading one he says it was written by Septimus Signus, however he mysteriously disappeared. -After speaking with Septimus Signus(who is complete batguana crazy), he will tell you that there is an Elder Scroll in Blackreach, a cave beneath the Dwemer Ruin of Alftand. -After reading the scroll at the Time Wound, Alduin ambushes you, however he cannot be defeated here, even by the Dragonborn, and he flees. -To find Alduin again, you must trap a dragon. However, Jarl Balgruuf will not trap the dragon in his palace with the Stormcloaks waiting to attack, so you must set up a peace between the Blades, Greybeards, Ulfric Stormcloak, and General Tullius. -After a successful council meeting with attacks called off on both sides, the Jarl will allow you to trap a dragon. However, you must find a way to call the dragon. Paarthurnax teaches you a shout called "Call Dragon", which you can use to call Odahviing. -After summoning Odahviing and trapping him, you talk him into bringing you to Skulldafn Temple, the home of Alduin's Portal to Sovngarde, guarded by the Dragon Priest Nahkriin. -After passing Tsun's test in Sovngarde, you can cross the Whalebone Bridge and enter the Hall of Valor. You will be told to go to three heroes of Sovngarde. Gormlaith Golden-Hilt, Hakon One-Eye, and Felldir the Old. -After clearing Alduin's soul-trapping mist, you will fight him and eventually defeat him, and he will die in an explosion/disintegration(?)
