TL:DR Version: ROBLOX said that ex-BC members would get a place cap of 5, but haven't done that yet. When I contacted them about it, they sent a copy and paste response that answers NOTHING of what I wanted to know. Read the entire post to see the details.
A few weeks ago, a forum was posted saying that ex-BC members would be getting a place limit of 5. I was extremely angry before this about losing all my places because I had gotten BC PURELY for that reason; More places. When I heard this, I stopped being angry. I figured it was a fair compromise that'd take place within 2 weeks according to ROBLOX admins.
*Over 2 weeks later* I start wondering what's taking ROBLOX so long. I decide to look at the forum post again, figuring I may have misread the timeframe. I go to check it, and it's been taken down. Not really sure why, but I wait another week.
*Over 3 weeks later* I'm fed up with it. I send an email to ROBLOX, trying to figure out what's taking them so long. This is what ensued. ___________________________________________________ -From Me- In a forum post posted by an admin at the beginning of the month, shortly after the Ex-BC place robbery, I read that Ex-BC players would be given a total of 5 active places over the course of the next two weeks. It's now been over 3 weeks. Also, when I check the forum post stating that, I see it's been removed. What the heck ROBLOX? You lie to your users?
Not to mention that it's been mentioned in old blog posts, you said that we'd keep our places forever. Care to explain yourselves now ROBLOX? Because right now, you're in a checkmate.

Your customer service has proven over and over again to be some of the worst out there. Admit it. You are all wanting more and more money. Servers lag because you don't have enough powerful servers to compensate for the traffic ROBLOX has. You took the places to force builders to buy BC every month. And I can guarantee that you posted that forum post saying Ex-BC users will have a place cap of 5 just to calm down those who were upset. Three words: Invert your thinking. From my understanding, you RECIEVED five places as a temporary patch until they solved it. Note temporary, IE: you lost it already.
And roblox is slow. Very slow. Dynamic lighting and the trading system is a good example of this. Suggested in 2008, implemented five and four years later respectively.
Otherwise, the rest of your post is just a generic rant so I'll ignore it for now. |

I agree, though I still get my places. :o
And the customer support is garbage, I got a copy and paste too. I asked something along the lines of verifying that I am the only of the account so I can get get the 13+ sticker and so I don't see #### and that my parent's account's p4ssword was lost years ago.
They sent me a copy and paste telling me how to recover my roblox account and not my parent's account and said to use the lost p4ssword option. |

i've never been in bc, but this is fishy. all you care about is MONEY, it makes your world go round don't it MONEY its your gas, you claim to need it. |

If you ask me, giving a time frame probably wasn't necessary on Justus's part. Two weeks isn't very long to create, test, and implement a solution to a far reaching problem.
The frustration is perfectly understandable. An update on the status of the fix would be nice, I imagine. But for now, patience is really the best thing. |

I'm with you all the way on this. I don't have BC, but still. Like you said in your blurb, BC means BUILDERS club, and the people who have it don't know how to build. People who like this change are probably the snotty NBCs seeing the Ex-BCers getting scammed. I really am with you on this one. All the way. :)
